Description Սույն ստանդարտով սահմանվում է կաթում և կաթնամթերքում նիտրատների և նիտրիտների պարունակության որոշումը` կադմիումով վերականգնման և սպեկտրաչափական մեթոդի կիրառմամբ։ Մեթոդը կիրառելի է. - անարատ և մասամբ յուղազերծ ու յուղազերծ չոր կաթի համար, - պինդ, կիսապինդ և փափուկ պանիրների համար, - հալած պանրի համար, - պանրի շիճուկի, կազեինների և կազեինատների, չոր շիճուկի համար։ Մեթոդը կարող են իրականացնել նաև սեգմենտացված հոսքի վերլուծությամբ (SFA) կամ հոսքաներարկման վերլուծությամբ (FIA) ավտոմատ սարքավորումներով` լաբորտորիաներում և կեղտաջրերում կադմիումով աղտոտումը նվազեցնելու համար։
