Participation in the CIPM MRA creates new opportunities for the National Body for Standardization and Metrology CJSC to participate in international scientific comparisons, develop its Calibration and Measurement Capabilities (CMCs) and work towards their international recognition, as well as to further integrate Armenia’s national metrology system into the international metrology infrastructure.

The International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) also emphasized the importance of active participation within COOMET, which will provide opportunities to develop professional capabilities, participate in international and regional comparisons, and prepare for the subsequent submission of Calibration and Measurement Capabilities (CMCs).

The National Body for Standardization and Metrology CJSC expresses its gratitude to the BIPM and the international metrology community for their cooperation and support and will continue its active participation in international and regional metrology cooperation.
